Our Complimentary In-Home Evaluation
What can you expect during a complimentary in-home evaluation? During this visit, one of our comfort consultants will visit your home. He will complete the required load calculation to ensure the correct sized system is installed. Many people assume only the square footage of your home will determine the size of your system. But, there are many other factors as well. For instance, local climate, orientation or direction your home faces, construction materials, insulation levels, window type, heat producing appliances, and your personal comfort preferences are all determining factors.
After the size of the system is determined, our comfort consultant will then give you different options based on their efficiency ratings (referred to as SEER ratings). He will review the current promotions, warranties, and financing options. If you have any questions, your comfort consultant will answer those. Additionally, our consultant will find and schedule a good time to follow up. If you know on the spot you want to work with O’Brien for your HVAC replacement, great! But we know this is a big decision, and you will never feel any pressure from our comfort consults to decide on the spot. We encourage you to take your time and feel informed and comfortable about your purchase.
It’s Time for Your HVAC Replacement
Once you’ve made a decision to use O’Brien to install your new heating and cooling system, we’ll get you on the schedule right away. We have several install crews with qualified technicians. After installing your unit, they’ll help walk you through your new system and answer any questions you might have. Also, your comfort consultant will follow up shortly after your install.
