Very happy with using O'Brien for HVAC servicing and maintenance. Our AC went out, and I have a service contract with them. Tyler arrived the same day, within 2 hours of my call. He identified the issue quickly and was fast and professional to repair it. O'Brien is great and Tyler is the man!
Mike was fantastic. He came out to write us an estimate about the new units and went over installing and how long that takes in detail while dealing with 95° heat in the house. He measured everything and, went in the attic and the crawl space. He showed me an extra unit and how to turn it on and explained the issue with the old units. No portion of it was rushed even tho it was super hot inside.
Called the night before on a Sunday after hours and got a call back in just a few minutes. Tech said he could not make it but gave me a few things to try to fix the issue. He said to make appointment, so I went on line and made one. Got a call back on Monday morning and got someone out to fix it that afternoon. The tech Tanner was very helpful and answered any questions I had, and fixed the issue, Great team!!
