I called on a Friday morning, and immediately was connected with a wonderful phone attendant who set me up with an appointment within hours. Jordan did an amazing job cleaning my dryer vents! He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He even made sure to remove his shoes EVERY time he came inside without me even telling him to do so (10/10 for that because I am OCD about shoes lol )From start to finish, Jordan made the whole process stress-free. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done thoroughly. It’s such a relief knowing my vents are clean and safe now. Had an older package unit with ducts in the crawlspace and needed to change to a split unit with air handler and ducts in the attic. The design and installation went very well with the installation team of Gauge and Zack. Rain and a wet crawlspace prevented removal of the old system (rescheduled for safety), but every aspect of the process was done in a very professional manner and the system works far better than the previous design. The installation of the air handler and ducting in the attic is very logical and the workmanship has been top notch. I found all the O’Brien employees to be very professional, conscientious, punctual, and considerate of the impact the project had on me. Removal of all the old installation (8 yrs old) revealed that the previous installers had compromised the air flow and system efficiency dramatically. The new system works like charm and maintains a comfortable temperature in all areas of the house.I have no reservations in recommending them for any project of this size and complexity.

After 26 years it was time to replace my current system that had been patched numerous times. My dealings with this company was first rate from the beginning visit with Kris to the final installation by Rich and his assistant. Rich and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time They were both friendly and courteous. They worked tirelessly going up and down the stairs taking care to have all surfaces covered that they would come into contact with. The work was completed in one day. All materials and used parts were removed. I am totally pleased with my experience with this company.

Kyle did a great job! He was efficient without being fussy. In less than 2 hours he fixed the problem that was driving us crazy for 2 days. He was polite and even cleaned up after finishing the job. O'Brien originally installed our upstairs unit approximately 20 years ago. It still works great. They replaced the downstairs unit almost three years ago. It was having a slight issue but it was time for annual maintenance anyway so no big deal. Michael Sides came out to service the systems yesterday. He got us back on track with no problems at all. He thoroughly explained what was going on with both units, what he recommended going forward and why. There was no pressure, he answered all our questions, took his time examining everything, was nothing but honest and professional. Both units are running beautifully now. Best of all as Energy Savings Club Members with a full warranty on downstairs unit, the visit was free. Michael Sides even emailed photos of what he found and did during the visit. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend anyone more highly than O’Brien plumbing. We had a pipe break during the snowstorm and although we talked to several plumbers, only Chris at O’Brien, took the time to listen to the problem and was able to come up for a way for us to get Our cold water running So we had water while we waited for The roads to improve so someone Couldcome out and do the repair. Lauren and David came out to do the repair. We have a complex hook up system and they were able to immediately figure out what to do and they had us up and running with hot water and cold water in a couple hours. They are all incredibly nice and professional people. Do yourself a favor and call O’Brien plumbing when you need plumbing help.

We recently used O’Brien Service Company for a tricky electrical issue in our 1957 home. A lighting/receptacle circuit was intermittently losing power and causing flickering across multiple floors — not an easy problem to track down.Brad and his team were thorough, professional, and committed to identifying the root cause rather than just applying a quick fix. They spent the time systematically troubleshooting the circuit, rebuilding older connections, and replacing several devices to ensure everything was safe and functioning properly.Electrical issues in older homes can be complex, but they communicated clearly throughout the process and ultimately resolved the problem. They also worked with us on pricing, which we appreciated.Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome and would absolutely use them again for future electrical work.

I've been a maintenance customer for over 15 years and my experience has been good . Today, the guy showed up and went to the truck to get his tools. I saw him go back to the unit, within 5 minutes I saw him go back to the truck. Minutes later he came back in and told me I needed to replace a fan motor. He was not at the unit long enough to even take anything off to check the unit. If this is what $165.00 maintenance contract gets, I will Not Renew Next Year....

Man here for 3 hours and heat still not working. I kept asking what going on. I'm trying to figure it out. Went to my thermostat cutting wires and splicing together. Now after 3 hours it's a thermostat problem. He looking on phone to see how to do the thermostat and the cutting wires and splicing. He on the phone asking someone what to do. This turned out to be the worse mistake of my life. Thought I could get a new company to take on my needs. He had no clue. I hope he didn't make things worse. Still no heat after 130pm to 450pm. If that's the best they can do. This is horrible felt like he was a new grad ac person****UPDATE**** manager called me Mr Russell and was very understanding to my feelings about my circumstance and he made it right. Came over to my house and got it working. This was my 1st time with them and he made it become a better time. Thank you so much for the call and your assistance. I was so impressed with O’Brien services, including Jeremy who came by to talk to us about our dryer vent and then our whole house air system/HVAC. He was incredibly kind, spoke to us in a very professional, but understandable way and really helped us make some decisions and pay for things that we needed, but in those that we did not. I really loved that O’Brien offers a one-year maintenance plan. We opted to do this and literally we had somebody out the same day to take a look at our HVAC in the entire system. It was amazing. Excellent service from the time I made the first contact until the project was complete. I had a tankless water heater installed, along with 3 commodes, & indoor/outdoor plumbing repairs. Chris was the primary serviceman used. He is so knowledgeable & customer friendly. Several team members assisted with installation & removal of the replacements.
