Trane offers a variety of products to fit your budget and your specific home. Their packaged systems offer different options for your heating and cooling needs. Trane systems consist of a combination of air conditioners, heat pumps, and gas heating.
Depending on your preference and your home’s heating and cooling needs, a Trane packaged system could be a great fit. Some of these systems consist of only electric elements, while others include both electrical and gas. To learn more about each specific system, please visit Trane’s site or give our office a call.
Trane Packaged Systems Include:
Packaged Heat Pump- This system is similar to a split system heat pump; however, instead of having an indoor air handler, all the components are in one outdoor cabinet. This is a great option for homes that have no attic or crawl space to install an indoor system. These systems go up to a 16 SEER rating and can be a great, energy-efficient option for your home.
Packaged Dual Fuel- This packaged system has both the components of a heat pump and a gas heating system. During the warmer months, the heat pump will keep your home cool and control the humidity levels. As cooler temperatures approach, the heat pump will also heat your home until the electric heat is no longer able to produce warm-enough temperatures. At this time, the gas heating will start to run. These are a good choice for people that have the option of natural gas and prefer a very warm home during the winter. This packaged system is very efficient and goes up to a 16 SEER.
Packaged Gas Electric- This packaged system consists of electric air conditioning and gas heating. With this system, you are either running the AC or gas heating; there is no electric heating component in this system.

The folks they send are knowledgeable and always very pleasant and mannerly...which is hard to find these days. I will not call anyone else and am ready to recommend them to others." -Lee R.
