Having your heating and cooling systems serviced regularly definitely has its advantages.  You rely on your HVAC system to keep your home comfortable. What Do O'Brien Techs Look For During A Tune-Up

During your tune-up, your tech will perform an in-depth inspection of both the heating and cooling sides of your system(s). Throughout the inspection, your tech will be looking for anything that could shorten the life of your system or cause excessively high utility bills.

When To Schedule Your HVAC Tune-Up

Our maintenance season and also the time we highly recommend having a tune-up is between September and May. We recommend this window because HVAC systems typically break down in summer due to the stress of the high temperatures. With this in mind, it's most beneficial to schedule your tune-up in the spring or fall. That way, your system is more than prepared to handle those extreme temperatures of the summer and winter.
