Our techs participate in a lot of in-house training. Weekly, the departments will meet with their managers. They review not only technical items but customer service importance as well. If there is any new policies or procedures, they will be addressed.

Yes, it’s difficult to schedule trainings sometimes, however we find the time. As mentioned earlier, it is essential to our business, so we make it work. Majority of the larger classes and trainings are during our slower seasons; therefore, it doesn’t affect our schedule as much.
