Complimentary home plumbing assessment will be performed once a year by one of our highly trained O’Brien Service technicians. They will evaluate all accessible systems for condition, proper operation, leaks and make any minor adjustments, if applicable, for proper operation. The technician will inform you of the condition of each component as well as ways you can enhance your plumbing and water quality.

Your membership is transferable either to the buyer of your current home or to your new home within our service area. Regular service of your home’s plumbing system can save you thousands of dollars in water bills and future repair costs. Regular service can also extend the life of your plumbing system.
