O’Brien Service Company is once again looking for a family in need of a heating and cooling system this holiday season. We’ll be donating and installing a new Trane HVAC system to a selected family. Enter yourself or nominate a family you know in need. Details are below for the Christmas Comfort Giveaway.
Who We are Looking For?
We’re searching for a family that could use a little extra help this season. A family that doesn’t currently have an efficient HVAC system to keep their home comfortable. They must own the home and live within our service area. You must be 18 years old to enter or nominate someone.
What is Being Installed?
We’re giving away and installing a new Trane 16 Seer Single Speed heat pump (an $8,500 value). This system will keep your home cool all summer and warm all winter. The selected install date will fall between December 9th through December 13th, 2019. Electrical services will be donated by Meade Electric.
Prior to the installation, O’Brien will perform a proper load calculation to ensure the correct size system is installed.
Following the installation, we’ll get you scheduled for all the county inspections and help complete all the warranty information.

We wanted to support someone in our community to end 2019 in a great way! Being locally owned and operated, we love to care for the people here in the Wilmington area as much as you guys support us!
How to Enter the Christmas Comfort Giveaway
You must fill out the form below to enter yourself or nominate a family. O’Brien will receive the entries to choose from. After reading the entries we’ll select a few that stand out and pick from those few. Additional information may be asked.
We’ll announce the winner on December 2nd, 2019.
