We are very excited here at O’Brien Service Company to accept the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 for the Heating and Air Company in Wilmington NC category! This is the 6th consecutive Super Service Award we have received. The Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 means a lot to our company, because customer service is a top priority for us. Here is a little bit more information regarding the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015.
Did you know that the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 only goes to about 5% of Heating and Air companies in each area? Some of the requirements to win the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 are:
- Have to have an “A” rating in overall grade
- Must have an “A” in recent grade
- Must receive minimum number of reviews
- Must pass background check
We love this award because it comes straight from our customers! If they didn’t write such kind words about us, we wouldn’t be able to receive this award. Up to date we have 219 reviews on Angie’s List, 205 are “A” grades, and 10 are “B” grades! We are very proud of these numbers and strive to continue to receive great recognition for our service.

“This has to be the most professional service company I have ever done business with. Start with Mike R. the sales rep. Out of the 5 company’s I accepted bids from, Mike was the only one who completed a room to room loads analysts. He also presented me with some options for superior equipment at a higher seer value that anyone else. The funny thing is that their package with much better equipment as well as higher quality material for the duct work was no more expensive that the others. The other 4 companies, just looked at what I had and bid the same type of equipment (size and seer) that was already 10 years old. These companies were not even close to the quality of O’Brien. The real surprise came with the service techs. To a man they all were well trained, knew their job, went the extra mile to keep us informed and happy. We had two crews, one for the main system, and one for the mini split. To a man they were professional, skilled at their job, courteous, and always on time.
