They arrived on time, they were professional and polite, they checked everything thoroughly, worked efficiently and fast but without fussing. They explained to us the cause of the leak and removed it quickly without making a mess. Chris even looked into the state of the repaired drain in the crawl space to make sure the floor doesn't need repairs.
