“First, we learned from our HVAC technician Joey that O'Brien provided more service such as electrical and plumbing. We had a toilet issue in our home and contacted our normal plumbing company for service. They could not accommodate our availability for the technician, so we decided to call O'Brien and see what their plumbing services was all about. We secured an appointment for the day we called (today) and Lauren and Steven came actually ahead of schedule (they call first), assessed the situation explained the resolution and cost.
They got to work quickly and efficiently. They left the work area very clean and without a trace of work materials at all. Both Lauren and Steven were very friendly, professional and personable. I've chosen not to hold it against Steve for his Naval service, but truly appreciate his military service!

The overall O'Brien teamwork was on display from Joey sharing the full array of services, to Lauren and Steven demonstrating the quality of the plumbing services dept.
They also signed us up for Preferred Plumbing club which means we're no longer doing service with our initial plumbing service company moving forward.
