“OBRIEN and service tech RYAN are AMAZING!! Always had great experiences with O’Brien, but this service went ABOVE and BEYOND!! My parents had a crisis of 2 inches of water leaking from a busted hot water tank. When I placed the service call the nice lady on the phone was compassionate and understood the issue. My parents are elderly and needed immediate help. RYAN showed up within 30 minutes!! Not only was he professional, sympathetic, and had a sense or urgency, he had a solution!! Not only were we dealing with the tank crisis but also a potential big purchase issue for my parents on fixed income. But RYAN worked with his supervisor Stacy and they both created a path forward! The new unit was delivered within about an hour. RYAN did an awesome detailed careful job of installing! My parents immediately had hot water again! But this isn’t the end of this story – I am 55 years old and never experienced in my life the customer service, humanity, and compassion that everyone involved displayed. We I said above and beyond, I mean RYAN was on his hands and knees with me wiping up a lot water in the garage. RYAN even was concerned about a big wasp nest at the garage door that I didn’t notice, but he was concerned they would have stung dad.
