“We had a problem with excess humidity in one of our rooms and thought it was a torn duct. We called O'Brien who performs our HVAC Service and within a day, Mike, a service technician came out and do a thorough inspection of our HVAC system.
He discovered an open window in that room covered by interior shutters which we did not notice-it had been open for at least a week during really high temperatures.
He was very kind and understanding even though I felt like a complete idiot (which I was).
There was no charge!
I am staying with O'Brien and will use them when it comes time to replace our system.”
