Dryer Vent Cleaning Giveaway
Rules & Regulations
1. Prize: The prize consists of one (1) standard residential dryer vent cleaning service provided at no cost to the selected homeowner.
2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase, payment, or obligation is required to enter or win.
3. Eligibility Requirements:
• Applicants and recipients must be at least 18 years of age.
• The recipient must own and occupy the property where the dryer vent cleaning service will be performed.
• The property must be located within O'Brien Service Company's service area. View eligible service areas

4. Recipient Selection: The recipient will be selected at O'Brien Service Company's sole discretion based on the information submitted, including demonstrated need and financial circumstances. All decisions are final.
5. Prize Substitution: O'Brien Service Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
6. Scope of Service: The giveaway includes one standard residential dryer vent cleaning service only. Additional services, modifications, repairs, upgrades, or improvements are not included.
7. Dryer Appliance Exclusion: This giveaway does not include the inspection, diagnosis, repair, replacement, certification, or servicing of the dryer appliance itself. O'Brien Service Company does not provide dryer appliance repairs as part of this giveaway.
8. Homeowner Responsibility: The homeowner is responsible for any repairs, parts, modifications, or additional services that may be recommended before, during, or after completion of the dryer vent cleaning service.
9. Future Maintenance: Following completion of the service, the homeowner is solely responsible for ongoing dryer vent maintenance, cleaning, and any future repairs or service needs.
10. Limitation of Liability: O'Brien Service Company is not responsible for the condition, operation, performance, safety, or functionality of the dryer appliance or any of its components before, during, or after the dryer vent cleaning service. O'Brien Service Company shall not be liable for any loss of property, damage to property, personal injury, or appliance-related issues that may occur before, during, or after services are completed, except as required by applicable law.
11. Taxes: The recipient is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes that may be associated with receipt of the prize.
12. Accurate Information Required: All information submitted must be truthful, accurate, and complete. O'Brien Service Company reserves the right to disqualify any nomination containing false, misleading, or incomplete information and select an alternate recipient.
13. Privacy: Information submitted through the nomination form will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
14. Photography & Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the recipient grants O'Brien Service Company permission to photograph and/or record video of the service and to use such content for marketing, advertising, promotional, website, television, social media, print, and other public communications without additional compensation.
15. Non-Transferable Prize: The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, assigned, substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
16. Final Decisions: O'Brien Service Company reserves the right to interpret these rules, determine eligibility, verify submitted information, modify the giveaway, suspend the giveaway, or cancel the giveaway at any time. All decisions are final.
17. Acceptance of Rules: Participation in this giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Rules & Regulations. By accepting the prize, the recipient agrees to comply with all giveaway requirements and releases O'Brien Service Company from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
