Rules and Regulations
Who:
- Applicants must own the property and be over the age of 18.
- The property must be in O’Brien Service Company’s service area to qualify. Qualifying zip codes can be found at https://obrienservice.com/service-area/
- The winner will be selected based on the need of a new system and current financial situation.
- An O’Brien design specialist will perform a load calculation prior to the installation to verify the size of the system needed. Following the installation, O’Brien Service Company will help file all paperwork needed for the county inspections and warranty.
- The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.
- O’Brien Service Company is not liable for any damage to or loss of property, or personal injury once system is installed.
What:
- The prize is a Trane heat pump (system and installation are free of charge)!
- O'Brien reserves the right to install a different brand HVAC System if deemed necessary.
- No purchase is necessary.
- A complimentary HVAC quality check will be provided around six months after the installation date for the installed system. At this visit, the winner will have the option to purchase the O'Brien Experience (extended warranty). It will be the homeowner's responsibility to maintain the system and pay for repairs needed thereafter.
- Ductwork is not included in this installation and O’Brien Service Company is not responsible for any ductwork necessities.

- No substitution of the prize or transfer of the prize is allowed.
