“During the snowstorm, our hot water pipe froze under the house. I turned off the water and we called several places trying to get serviced, but the roads, of course were very bad. It looked like it would be two days to get water back. We called O’Brien who we used very successfully for AC and heat. Chris answered the phone and not only told us he would get out as soon as possible to fix things, but also suggested that I could turn off the water at the hot water heater. Doing that allowed us to have water while we waited for our repair. This was tremendous service and nobody else took the time to do this. David and Lauren came out to do the repair. We have a somewhat complex system hooked up and they were able to immediately figure out what to do and had us back up and running with hot water in a couple hours. All three of them are so nice and professional. We highly recommend O’Brien plumbing. It is a great all-around company.”

“January 13. During annual maintenance, Dillon B. found a couple issues that needed attention. He called their shop and someone delivered the item to him so he could replace it. Dillon is very detailed and explained exactly what he was doing. He ended up needing another part he didn’t have on the truck.and will be coming back to complete the work. “I heard about a contest you have going on but don't see where yo sign up for it so I thought I would try here.
This fall I had a bout with my cancer again rearing it's ugly head and had to have a 1/4 of mt right foot amputated. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and that is one heck of a bill. And that was just for the stay, not to mention the surgery.
My home was built in the early 79s and I believe the ac/heaying unit is just as old. I know it is just a matter of time, so I am told that it will need to be replaced.
