“First, we learned from our HVAC technician Joey that O'Brien provided more service such as electrical and plumbing. We had a toilet issue in our home and contacted our normal plumbing company for service. They could not accommodate our availability for the technician, so we decided to call O'Brien and see what their plumbing services was all about. We secured an appointment for the day we called (today) and Lauren and Steven came actually ahead of schedule (they call first), assessed the situation explained the resolution and cost.
They got to work quickly and efficiently. They left the work area very clean and without a trace of work materials at all. Both Lauren and Steven were very friendly, professional and personable. I've chosen not to hold it against Steve for his Naval service, but truly appreciate his military service!
The overall O'Brien teamwork was on display from Joey sharing the full array of services, to Lauren and Steven demonstrating the quality of the plumbing services dept.
They also signed us up for Preferred Plumbing club which means we're no longer doing service with our initial plumbing service company moving forward.

“During the snowstorm, our hot water pipe froze under the house. I turned off the water and we called several places trying to get serviced, but the roads, of course were very bad. It looked like it would be two days to get water back. We called O’Brien who we used very successfully for AC and heat. Chris answered the phone and not only told us he would get out as soon as possible to fix things, but also suggested that I could turn off the water at the hot water heater. Doing that allowed us to have water while we waited for our repair. This was tremendous service and nobody else took the time to do this. David and Lauren came out to do the repair. We have a somewhat complex system hooked up and they were able to immediately figure out what to do and had us back up and running with hot water in a couple hours. All three of them are so nice and professional. We highly recommend O’Brien plumbing. It is a great all-around company.”

“I called for a free estimate. Kyle and David came to check it out. They were both the friendliest guys. They went straight to work and took time to inspect all aspects of the situation. Kyle informed me as to what was found and gave me an estimate. He spoke clearly and in details that I had no problem understanding. I told him I wanted to give them both ten out of five stars. “January 13. During annual maintenance, Dillon B. found a couple issues that needed attention. He called their shop and someone delivered the item to him so he could replace it. Dillon is very detailed and explained exactly what he was doing. He ended up needing another part he didn’t have on the truck.and will be coming back to complete the work. This part is not required until the AC season. Very professional. Love this company! I highly recommend their maintenance program. Better to find the issues early. Lee W.”
