“Ryan came out today to adjust several bathroom faucets, and while he was here, we also asked him to take a look at a shower handle. On the surface, these seemed like simple fixes, but the shower handle turned out to be much more challenging because the threads were stripped.
Ryan stayed with it until everything was working exactly as it should. He not only resolved the handle issue but also helped us adjust the hot water, which had previously been coming out only lukewarm at best.
