What to Expect

When you contact O’Brien for a problem with your heating and air conditioning system, know you’ll receive incredible service.

First, we’ll call when the technician is on the way to your home. When entering your home, the technician will wear shoe covers, so no dirt gets tracked inside.

Once the technician has completed the diagnostic on your system, he’ll review what HVAC repairs are needed, the cost to repair, and any other options you may have (such as replacement if it is an older, unreliable system).

From there, you can either move forward with the repair or choose to follow up with us and think it over. Some repairs, if the parts are readily available, can even be performed during the diagnostic call. Others will need to be scheduled once we have everything necessary to complete the repair.

Ways to Avoid HVAC Repairs

While there are no guaranteed ways to stop all HVAC repairs from being needed, there are definitely ways to help avoid them.

We highly recommend having annual maintenance completed on your system. During this visit, your system will be cleaned and checked over for any minor problems; this can help prevent larger issues in the future. Also, change your filter regularly!  Finally, if your system is older and constantly needing repairs, it may be time to replace your system.
