What to Expect
First, you’ll receive a reminder call the day prior to your appoint. As well as a call to let you know our tech has dispatched and is on the way. He will arrive in a company van, in uniform, and have shoe covers when in your home. He’ll complete a full checklist of items which the customer will receive when he is complete. With our new software, we can send it directly to your email or hand you a paper copy.
If the service is through our maintenance program (Energy Savings Club), he’ll check the heating and cooling components both during the same visit.
