We have used O’Brien for years which included installing three air conditioners over a twenty one year period. Having moved almost two years ago, it was time to sign up for the maintenance package which Chris was kind enough to explain and identify problems that were about to happen allowing us to choose to fix the potential problem or wait. We needed a total Heat Pump system replacement. We called O’Brien based on our past maintenance experience with them. They did not disappoint. Prompt response to our call. An inspection of our system, and duct work turned up problems that we knew needed fixed. They ‘right-sized’ our new heat pump and offered several options and the price range of options in each. Once we committed to a system, the install showed up promptly the next day. They were polite, described what they were doing step by step and treated our house as it if were their own. Kevin came to inspect my unit to make sure everything was working (yearly checkup). He was polite, very professional. I could not have asked for anyone better. I have had this unit for about 3 years and have never had any problems. I had taken out the extra insurance so there was no charge for yesterday and I also buy my filters through them.
