“We recently had to replace our HVAC system. The original builder of the house did not install the unit properly and it was apparent after living here a few years that rooms were not uniformly cooled, especially the master bedroom. Mike R. came in and completely redesigned and replaced the system. This involved replacing all the ductwork as well as adding a new return. This work was done during mid-August, the hottest time of the year. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the results. The house is cool and comfortable and we are not even aware of when the unit is off or on. Our installers, Mike B. and David M. were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, professional, on-time every day and made sure were understood all aspects of adjusting the unit. They vacuumed when they were finished and just were excellent even when working in a very uncomfortable environment. I would recommend O’Brien to anyone needing a really comfortable and reliable HVAC system. They are really good!” -Sandra & Bill H. (Leland, NC 28451)
