O’Brien Service Company is proud to accept the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2016! This award is presented to the top 5% of businesses per category per region. We were pleased to accept the award for Heating and Air Companies in the Wilmington NC area.

In order for a company to obtain the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2016, companies must have the following. First, an overall grade of “A”. Also, a recent grade of “A”. They additionally require companies to have more than the minimum number of reviews. And finally pass the Angie’s List background check. O’Brien is excited to receive the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2016, it is the 7th consecutive one we have been awarded!

“Extremely professional and efficient. Two guys Mike and Rich on time; courteous, knowledgeable, skillful, quiet, friendly. Acted like they liked what they did and were interested in quality and customer service. Tim the field supervisor assisted at one point. The Sales guy Mike was also very knowledgeable, no pressure, patient with my questions, encouraged getting other estimates (which I did). O’Brien’s is not inexpensive, but overall I thought the extra expense was worth it. The Service Dept, Accounting, and followup were uniformly excellent. Would highly recommend, without reservation.”
“I called that morning (the lady that took my call was very nice) and the tech came right after lunch. He found the problem (blower fan not working), got a new part and had it fixed in no time. He explained what had gone wrong and what he did to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleased with the whole experience.”
“I am so impressed with O’Brien Service Company. I will recommend them to everyone. I filled out their online request contact form and they called me within minutes of sending the request. When it was time for the appointment my service technician Toby was one time, very kind, and professional. He took his time explaining everything he was going to do and why. I asked him several questions and he was very patient, he set up my service maintenance plan and did more than was asked. I know he probably saved a lot of money by cleaning the unit and being honest about the situation. I needed filters and he put the order in when he was leaving our house, the filters were supposed to come in a couple days, but they called to let us know they were in the neighborhood and brought them only 2 hours after the initial service visit- they didn’t want to leave them on our porch because it might rain and asked if it was ok to drop off. I will use O’Brien Service Company again and recommend them to everyone. Great customer service and people.”
“They arrived on time and removed old unit that was struck by lightning. They installed new pump and thermostat. The job was completed in one day. Everyone was professional. I chose this company because of the numerous exemplary reviews and ratings, and felt that we couldn’t go wrong. My assumptions was correct. Our O’Brien service tech, Chris J, was punctual and extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was also very friendly and a dog lover (good thing since we have two). He serviced all three systems in approximately 3 hours and found only one issue with one of the water systems. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.”
